The Unique Protocol Of Splankna

There are many ways in current holistic psychology for people to deal with instances of trauma. These have the common trait of combining some form of circuitry and intention. “Intention” refers to the process of having the client focus on and meditate upon an emotion, trauma, or symptom. “Circuitry” is some physical way to access the body’s storage system, as in acupuncture.

Splankna Therapy is unique in that its protocol uses three styles of circuitry. The first is called “direct access,” in which the practitioner asks the client to touch the point on their body where a trauma is located, based on an initial prayer for guidance from the Lord. As the client touches these meridian points, he or she thinks about the emotion felt during the time of the trauma.

The next protocols are algorithm work and bi-lateral brain stimulation. Here, the Splankna practitioner will walk the client through the tapping algorithm, moving quickly from one acupuncture point to another while the client focuses on the specific trauma or its emotional content. Bi-lateral eye movements are included at the end of each algorithm sequence as the client continues to tune into the trauma. Here, he or she follows the practitioner’s fingers as the brain gets assisted in resolving “stuck” trauma processes.

Most importantly, Splankna won’t exist without its dependence on prayer. The premise is that if we ask God to lead and heal us, He will. Each Splankna session begins with the client’s submission to the will of God. We humble ourselves before Him, asking that He allows the Holy Spirit to guide us in locating the points in our body and soul where trauma is stored. God’s grace comes in the form of spiritual resources to guide us forward and allow us to be truly, holistically healed.

The importance of holistic healing practices in the modern world

Massage, acupuncture, and meditation are some healing practices that are not within the confines of pharmaceutical and surgical treatments. They are increasingly becoming more commonly used. Today, holistic healing has become widely accepted and integrated into people’s lives, even taught in medical school and offered in mainstream clinics and hospitals.

This wide array of holistic healthcare options, also known as integrative therapies, is complementary to conventional care. Modern medicine is concerned with having both conventional therapies and holistic healing practices available to everyone, for the best patient outcome.

Holistic healing practices are divided into alternative medical systems (like Chinese medicine), mind-body interventions, biologically based therapies, massage and chiropractic and energy therapies. And some are even in tune with our faith. Splankna Therapy, in particular, is the first energy psychology protocol based on the teaching of the Bible.

While Western medicine largely focuses on disease treatment, holistic healing practices are focused on the patient’s overall health. Thus, treatment is more specialized and tailored to our individual healing needs.

Indeed, consumers now demand the best of both worlds, and many doctors and nurse practitioners are recommending energy therapies, botanical medicines, chiropractic, and the like. This complementarity of healing practices is what modern medicine is all about.

History and the greatest healer of all time

It’s common knowledge for both Christians and historians alike that in the Bible and history, Jesus Christ was known for healing. He spent a great deal of his time healing the sick. He became so well known for miraculous healing that people came from miles around to be healed.

The question of Christ’s existence is no longer up for debate, as every scholar agrees that he did come to walk among people. The Bible recounts that he performed many miraculous healings and even raised some people from the dead.

Among the many points that historians agree on are Christ’s nationality and race. He was a Galilean Jew. Many are also in agreement that he was both baptized by John the Baptist and was crucified upon the order of the Roman Prefect of the region at the time, Pontius Pilate.

Jesus taught in ways that were revolutionary. He challenged the religious establishment of his time and reinterpreted much of the Jewish understanding of holiness. He taught people that God values love over law-keeping.

Jesus is arguably the most renown religious figure of all time and Christians all over the world still follow him today.

Forgetting What Lies Behind:Inner Healing

Throughout the Old and New Testaments of the Scripture, there are references to the “inner man” and the “secret places.” There are instances where these secret places hold life wounds because of traumatic experiences – no matter how seemingly mild or intense they are.

For example, if a person fell off a bunk bed when he was a child, he might harbor painful memories or feel extreme negative emotions, including fear, helplessness, or shame. This experience is then catalogued by the subconscious mind, making fear or anxiety an automatic emotional reaction when he sees heights.

The previous case is trivial compared to other examples of traumatic experiences, such as life-threatening events, feeling rejected, being hurt by other people, and suffering from a form of abuse.
The emotional wounds or trauma, especially if left unaddressed, can affect how people live as they grow older. They don’t only trigger anxiety or depression, it can also result in devastating habits, behaviors, or lifestyle choices.

Over the past couple decades, the body of Christ has initiated far-reaching inner healing movements to help people overcome psychological traumas. There are different models being employed, but the basic structure of these procedures involves resolving those old emotional memories through prayer, forgiveness, or making use of the mind-body connection.

Splankna Therapy Institute is dedicated to formulating holistic healing practices anchored on a Biblical world view. It trains Christian counselors and non-professionals in an inner healing protocol derived from the acupuncture treatment method and prayer. Visit this website to find out more about Splankna.

Healing and The Transformed Mind

Transforming a person’s mindset goes beyond positive thinking. A person’s thoughts affect the state of his overall health. Therefore, negative and self-degrading thought patterns can push a person into hopelessness and defeat. The lies we believe are destructive. We need to identify these lies, release them and replace them with truth in order to facilitate health and change on all levels.

Having a transformed mind could seem impossible at first. But just like we adopt destructive lies in a single moment, we can revoke them in a moment as well. Identifying and clearing the traumatic emotions that supported the lie originally, frees the heart to finally let go of the lie. By identifying the lies that deceive a person, it becomes easier to uncover the truth about how a person was created by God.

Humans are made in the image and likeness of God and they have a special purpose in life. Unfortunately, so many people never find their design and calling. The unresolved traumas we carry, and the destructive lies we believe block us from fulfilling God’s plan for our lives.
